I believe that birth is a natural, beautiful, and amazing experience. When I attend your birth I believe wholeheartedly that it is YOUR birth and YOUR experience and that my job is to support you and your partner through this experience in a loving, caring, and compassionate manner. I am a DONA trained and certified labor Doula. I have experience supporting women and their partners through non-medicated as well as medicated births, successful VBACS, inductions, and teen pregnancies. I will provide you with continuous physical support through massage, aroma therapy, birth ball, position changes, breathing, and music starting in your home and continuing until after you have successfully brought your little one into this world. In addition to this physical support I also offer you informational support from my personal knowledge and resources throughout your labor and delivery.

In addition to my labor services, I am also a highly trained and experienced postpartum Doula. I am aware that bringing a newborn home can be an overwhelming experience. I am committed to making this transition a joyous and worry-free experience for you, your family, and most importantly your baby. I have experience with single infants as well as multiples (twins and triplets). I specialize in overnight care and have an extremely flexible schedule.

Leslie Schultz

Infant Massage Instructor

Leslie Schultz is a Holistic Health Practitioner that specializes in pregnancy and post-partum massage as well as meditation classes to help women have a grounded journey through pregnancy. She holds advanced pregnancy massage certification with Bodywork for the Childbearing Year ® and is a candidate to be a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. Her mission is to empower and support women and their families with education and healing touch.

In addition to the pregnancy services that she offers, Leslie is trained in swedish, trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial, sports, tuina, hot stone, and acupressure techniques. She incorporates these modalities along with aromatherapy and energy work to help clear blockages in the body and alleviate pain. Leslie's integrated massages leave the client feeling calm and centered.

Outside of the healing realm, Leslie is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked in many industries including auditing, investments, telecommunications, and software development. Leslie strives to bring this customer service expertise and her enthusiasm to help others to her therapeutic relationships. In her personal life, she is in yoga teacher training and enjoys playing the piano and catch with her dogs Bella and Monroe. She also feels fortunate to be able to do volunteer massage for homeless women.

Moni Osborne
Transformational Breathwork

Moni is a Certified Facilitator and practices in San Diego. She is one of the original Transformational Breath Facilitators and has been facilitating private and group sessions since 1993. She is the daughter of Judith Kravitz, the founder and co-creator of the Transformational Breath Foundation. Moni has taught Seminars and remains a charter member of the West Coast Advisory Board of TBF and has served on the Board of Directors since 1995. She is committed to raising awareness around the beneficial impact that full conscious connected breathing can have on every level of health and well-being.

She has the firm belief in the power of mind and body working in harmony to achieve the desires of the heart and mind in all aspects of life. Hypnosis has been a great influence and a tool used in her daily life in which she strongly supports, practices and educates using hypnotherapy.

France is a HypnoBirthing® Educator, a HypnoFertility™ Therapist and the creator of a new program “Birth Healing” for those who would like to release and create healing from either their own birth or a child’s previous birth. She is a Doula trained from DONA supporting all childbirth choices of her couples. She enhances the trust and confidence of couples towards childbirth. She obtained lactation education from UCSD to assist moms and babies for breastfeeding after the birth. She has experience as a nurse both in medical setting and birth center setting.
